Thrift Shop Manager
Matt Mabey is responsible for Thrift Store performance in merchandising, receiving, operations, inventory and volunteer management.
Matt is also currently owner/operator of Yellow Hat Estate Sales and Services, providing a variety of Estate Sale and Appraisal Services. He was previously the Senior Pastor at East Bay Wesleyan Church and before that Director of Sales and Marketing at Project Success.
Food Pantry Manager
Carol Hockin is on the ACTS Board and serves as our Food Pantry Manager.
Carol is also active at Williamsburg Methodist Church and sings in the Elk Lake Community Chorus.

Tuesday-Friday 10 a.m.—5 p.m.
Saturday 10 a.m.—3 p.m.
Building Expansion Project
ACTS moved to our existing building in 2012, and we are now completely out of space.
So we have launched a cool $250,000 project to enclose our existing courtyard, increasing the size of both our Food Pantry and Thrift Shop. We are also relocating and covering our receiving entrance to keep our donors dry in bad weather.
